Service Description

pocketOne provides secure digital identity verification and management services including:

• Digital identity verification and authentication
• eIDAS2-compliant credential issuance and management
• Hardware security key integration (FIDO2/WebAuthn)
• Document scanning and verification services
• Secure credential sharing and presentation
• Multi-format digital identity support (SD-JWT, mDL, W3C VC)

User Responsibilities

Account Security

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Keep your contact information and profile data current and accurate

Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate and truthful information during identity verification
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Not use the Services to impersonate others or engage in fraudulent activities
• Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws

Privacy and Data Protection

Prohibited Activities
